What Peace Means To Me

Peace means different things to different people. Like present day, "peace" mostly means bye or something hippies liked, but to me, it means other things too.

    To me, peace means harmony. It makes me imagine a place where there's no war, no prejudging, no racism, no mean people or bullies, no rapists, no killers, and no government or laws. (But no one does anything bad.) To me it looks like a peace symbol, the peace sign with your fingers, and happy joyful people together. It sounds like nice music from a piano, a harp, or Mariah Carey singingJ. Also to me it sounds like a meaningful fun conversation with nice people.

    To make it more peaceful at my school, I would organize a "peace day" where there's an assembly where the whole school goes outside and we talk about the bad things that are happening, the good things, and what we can do better. Or I would get the people from the television show If You Really Knew Me to come to our school (the middle school) and the high school. Also I would like to do a "fun day" when the whole school gets together to do multiple activities. I really think these would help a lot to make, or keep peace between people. To make it more peaceful in my class, I think we should have more activities during class that involve the whole class using teamwork to accomplish or do something instead of individuals or small groups. Also we should have more time to talk about interesting fun things between the whole class.

    To make it more peaceful in my family, I think we should start eating dinner together. Usually my little brother eats early and he's already done by the time my parents start eating. I usually eat with my parents if I like what's for dinner, but my big brother always takes his food to his room and pretty much never comes out...unless he wants to get more food or go out or something. Also it would probably help a lot if we had some sort of game night every Friday night or whenever it's possible. I doubt Adam will come, but I think it still would help. But I think our family is pretty peaceful, except for Adam, but I consider what he does normal now.

    If there is a peaceful place somewhere in the world, I would totally go. But I'm sure there isn't, unless I create my own.
